No. Payments are made directly between buyer and seller. Always verify the vehicle and seller before transferring money, and do not pay before inspection.
Meet in safe public places, verify the vehicle's documents, check ID that matches registered keeper details, and avoid handing over money before inspection.
Yes — log into your dashboard to edit details, upload new photos, or mark the vehicle as sold. If you cannot access your account, contact support at help@carcrate.co.uk.
